The recipe is taken from Medical Medium. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">4 carrots<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">2-3 celery stalks<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">2 onions<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">1 bunch of parsley<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">100 g mushrooms &#8211; I had dehydrated shiitake &#8211; optional<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">2 chopped tomatoes &#8211; optional<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">8 cloves of garlic<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">2-3 cm fresh ginger root<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">2-3 cm fresh turmeric root<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">2 l water<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">Put all the ingredients in the pot and bring the water to a boil. Lower the heat and let it cook for an hour. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: avenir;\">Strain the invigorating, healing, mineral-rich soup.
