1. General Information
1.1. The website www.fathyia.ro is operated by SAVE YOUR SKIN S.R.L., located at Str. Mesteacănului 21A, Dumbrăvița, Timiș, registered with the Trade Registry under number J35/1703/2015, CUI: 34773426.
1.2. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the site.

2. Products and Orders
2.1. The products available on the site are natural cosmetics, compliant with the quality standards in force.
2.2. Orders are placed online by adding products to the cart and completing the order form.
2.3. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is not available, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution.

3. Payment
3.1. Payment for orders can only be made by bank card, using secure payment processors.
3.2. Product prices are displayed in RON. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3.3. In the event of technical errors affecting the display of prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Delivery
4.1. Products are delivered nationally and internationally via express courier services.
4.2. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for national orders. International deliveries may take longer, depending on the destination.
4.3. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed before completing the order.

5. Return Policy
5.1. According to the legislation in force, you have the right to return the products within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
5.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
5.3. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is caused by our error.

6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1. The products benefit from a warranty in accordance with the legislation in force.
6.2. Complaints regarding defective or wrongly delivered products must be sent by email to clauseracin@gmail.com | 0738837402, accompanied by relevant photos.
6.3. We will analyze the complaint and offer a solution within 14 working days.

7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The personal data provided when placing orders is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. We do not provide customers’ personal data to third parties, except for payment processors and courier companies necessary for delivering orders.
7.3. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

9. Applicable Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
9.2. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, in the competent courts of Romania.
