The recipe is taken from Medical Medium. 4 carrots2-3 celery stalks2 onions1 bunch of parsley100 g mushrooms – I had dehydrated shiitake – optional2 chopped tomatoes – optional8 cloves of garlic2-3 cm fresh ginger root2-3 cm fresh turmeric root2 l waterPut all the ingredients in the pot and bring the water to a boil. Lower the heat and let it cook for an hour. Strain the invigorating, healing, mineral-rich soup. You can add noodles to attract the kids, or add it to other dishes.
