I am always looking for help in nature for any discomfort my body suffers. I very rarely resort to medication, when it makes sense and I have no other option.
There was a time when a histamine intolerance brought me a lot of frustration, besides the fact that I didn’t have much to eat anymore. The list of foods recommended by doctors was short and for life. Absolutely unacceptable to me. I started looking for a solution and had a big surprise.
Simple, accessible, from nature, juice from celery leaves, freshly squeezed.
There are a few rules that I have followed to help this remedy do its job very well.
I only drank freshly squeezed, pure celery juice, unmixed with other ingredients. I am careful to buy celery from producers who do not spray it with all sorts of nonsense. I do this as often as I can. There were cases when I bought from the supermarket as well, but it certainly has a different color and taste. For me, the difference was huge.
I did not add ice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, collagen, or any other substance.
Celery juice must be freshly squeezed. To get the best results, it is good to drink the juice on the spot. If this is not possible, you can safely store it in the refrigerator, in a tightly closed container, for up to 24 hours. After this period of time, celery juice loses its healing power.
The juice is drunk only on an empty stomach. If you have drunk lemon water before, let 30 minutes pass and then drink the celery juice. Likewise, after drinking the juice, let at least 30 minutes pass before consuming anything else.
The most suitable is a cold-pressed juicer.
