Healing soup

I’m sharing with you a soup that is very dear to me.

It is alive, nourishing, and a good anti-inflammatory remedy. The recipe is taken from Medical Medium.

4 carrots

2-3 celery stalks

2 onions

1 bunch of parsley

100 g mushrooms – I had dehydrated shiitake – optional

2 chopped tomatoes – optional

8 cloves of garlic

2-3 cm fresh ginger root

2-3 cm fresh turmeric root

2 l water

Put all the ingredients in the pot and bring the water to a boil. Lower the heat and let it cook for an hour.

Strain the invigorating, healing, mineral-rich soup. You can add noodles to attract the kids, or add it to other dishes.
