We hope you are delighted with your order, but if for any reason, you are not, you have 15 days after receiving the package to make a return request.

For the return to be eligible, the products need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Damages or other issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the package has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, so we can assess the problem and find a solution. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted products. Product exchange The fastest way is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired product.
